安全で安心できる環境の構築は，ビルや工場の生産性の向上や，電気設備（生産設備含む．）の障害の防止，ヒューマンエラーに起因する災害の防止などに必要不可欠といえる．安全で安心できる環境の構築には，電気設備で使用する電力の安定供給に必要な電源供給設備の確保と，その電源設備の安定した運用に必要となる維持・管理，ヒューマンエラーに起因する障害や災害の防止，電気設備の異常動作の早期検出および電気設備の早期復旧が求められる．しかしながら，安全で安心できる環境を構築し，その環境を維持することは容易なことではない．安全で安心できる環境を構築・維持するには，企業の利益には直接結び付きにくい安全に対する投資を拡大させ，安心できる環境を得ることが必要と思われる．本技術報告は，ビルや工場の電気設備が原因で起こる可能性がある障害や災害の基礎と防止対策の一例などをまとめており，今後の安全技術の向上に寄与できると思われる。 |

Creation of safe and relieved environment is needed for the enhancement of production in buildings and factories, the prevention of failure of electrical installation, and the prevention of accidents due to human errors, etc. To create such environment, we need to consider the following topics:
(1) the use of facilities of power distribution and the maintenance of the facilities,
(2) the prevention of failure and accidents caused by human errors,
(3) the detection of precautionary signals generated by abnormal operation and the prompt repair of electric installation failure.
A creation and maintenance of safe and relieved environment are not easy because we need much cost. We can get such safe and relieved environment if the costs concerning safety in your company increases. This technical report collects the basis of failure and accidents caused by electrical installation used in buildings and factories, and its prevention etc. The technical report will be useful for promoting safety techniques. |
