ビル電気設備と周辺設備に関して，これからの次世代を目指した安全・安心の概念と環境をテクノロジーとして追求し，あるべき姿をまとめることを長期的な目標とし，安全・安心に関する技術の現状と次世代に向けた技術などを幅広く調査した。具体的には，受変電設備関連では，感電災害，漏電検出技術，接地技術，雷災害防止，自然災害防止に関する技術動向を調査した。電源環境関連では，電力品質，瞬低・停電補償，太陽光発電，直流配電に関する技術動向を調査した。次世代ビルの象徴ともいえるICT化オフィス環境の関連では，ICT機器を安定的に稼働させるために必要な磁気環境，静電誘導に関する動向を調査するとともに，次世代オフィスで用いられるLED照明の安全・安心に関わる課題を調査した。BACS・スマートグリッド関連では，BACS/BEMSとインターオペラビリティ，スマートグリッドの国際化やオープン化の現状等を概説した。さらには，リスクマネジメントによる法令遵守と事故未然防止，電気設備のライフサイクル評価技術，電気設備の保守・保全へのアセットマネジメント手法の適用例を調査した。また次世代に向け，データマイニングを用いた電気設備の新しい保全手法の考え方を示した。 |

This committee researched the safety and security technology of electrical installations for future buildings.The future purpose of this committee is to define the desirable technologies of electrical installations for future buildings. The results of following researches are shown in this report. Related to high voltage receiving facilities, trend of electric shock accident, technology of leakage current detection and grounding and lightning protection and countermeasure to natural disasters are summarized. Related to power environment in buildings, recent trend of power quality, instantaneous voltage drop, power failure, photovoltaic power generation and DC distribution system are summarized. Related to ICT office, technology for magnetic field environment and electrostatic environment and problems of LED lightings are summarized. About BACS and smart grid, and interoperability of BACS/BEMS, internationalization and open architecture of smart grid are summarized. Furthermore risk management, life cycle evaluation method of electrical installations, application of asset management for maintenance of electrical installations are researched. In the last chapter of this report, the new concept for maintenance of electrical installations using data mining technology. |
