本報告書は，概念，事例紹介，規格紹介及びリスクマネジメントの４部構成とした。概念はセキュリティとセーフティのそれぞれについてその定義を与えておいた。事例紹介は異なる分野から選んで紹介した。さらに，規格は生産技術に直結するものを中心に詳細に説明した。最後のリスクマネジメントは，生産システムの範囲をより広範に捉えて一つの考え方として読者に供することとした。 とりわけ，規格紹介においては近年の動きを盛り込んだ。セーフティについては改定後のIEC 61508 機能安全及びそのJIS 化の動きについて紹介する。さらに，安全全般については中国の提唱によるIEC 61010 がアサインされ，現在その作業の状況について概観する。IEC 61010 は中国GB の安全規格をまとめてIEC への登録を提唱してきたことによって指定された新しい安全の規格群である。 一方，産業用ネットワークが既に広く普及されており，その上位層，さらにインターネットへのシームレスな接続も提唱されている中で，生産システムにおけるセキュリティの問題もクローズアップされつつある。本報告書では，生産システムにかかわるこれらの国際規格や関連団体の活動についても紹介する。 |

This report consisted of four main sections, concepts, case studies, introduction of the international standards,and the risk management related to manufacturing systems.The section of concepts gave the definitions respectively of the security and the safety. The case studies provided some real case investigations from several different fields including safety and security applications. In the section of the introduction of international standards, many standards related to manufacturing systems have been surveyed. The last main section is risk management which was assumed to be recognizing the range of manufacturing systems more widely and providing it to the readers as one idea. Especially, the trends in recent years were included in the standard introductions. It introduced the contents of IEC 61508 functional safeties, the changed points in the new version and some information related to the modification of associated JIS. In addition, IEC 61010 by the advocacy of China is done assign, and takes a general view of the situation of the work about the safety whole now. IEC 61010 is a standard series of the new safeties specified by having advocated registration into IEC bringing the safety standard of China GB. On the other hand, industrial networks are already widely widespread. Moreover, the problem of security in the manufacturing systems have being closed up while connecting the systems into the Internet by the seamless communication. In this report, it introduced these international standards related to the security of manufacturing systems and the activities of related promotion groups. |
