モータのステータ部には、電磁鋼板を鉄心状に積み重ねた積層コアが広く用いられ、この電磁鋼板の磁気特性は正弦波励磁下によって評価される。しかし、一般的にモータを駆動させる際は、任意の周波数や電圧の出力が可能なPWMインバータによる駆動が主流である。そこで、本研究ではインバータ励磁による積層コアの磁気特性を明らかにするために体格の異なる試料を用意し、積層コアの体格の違いが磁気特性に与える影響を調べた。 |

The magnetic characteristics of electromagnetic steel sheets used for motors are evaluated under ideal sinusoidal excitation that does not include time harmonics, which are defined by domestic and foreign regulations. However, in actual driving of equipment, excitation by PWM waves is the mainstream. Therefore, in this paper, in order to clarify the magnetic characteristics of the laminated core by inverter excitation, samples with different physiques were prepared, and the effect of the difference in the physique of the laminated core on the magnetic characteristics was investigated. |
