In response to the looming climate change, the government has set ambitious goals for carbon neutrality. The Basic Energy Plan has also begun to examine the stable supply of electricity and the active utilization of power resources of consumers. In this paper, we will explain the system design that will be implemented in rapid succession, such as the supply and demand adjustment market and the transition to the FIP system. In addition, we will introduce the trends and strategies of US and European countries that introduced these systems in advance, including discussions on the international standardization of energy services. |
