三相インバータで，3相のうち2相のスイッチングタイミングを合わせてコモンモード電圧の変動を打ち消す方式が提案されている。ただしPWM周期内のパルスの発生位置が中央からずれるため，生成されたPWM波形には低周波数歪みが重畳する。本報告では，低周波波形歪みの発生源理を明らかにし，これを低減するPWM指令の補正方法を提案する。 |

In this study, we propose a method for correcting the pulse width command in 3-phase PWM generation. In PWM, where the pulse position changes within the carrier cycle, it is not possible to output the waveform according to the reference, so low-frequency distortion is superimposed on the inverter output waveform. In this report, we clarify the cause of this waveform distortion and propose a control method to reduce it. The effectiveness of the proposed pulse width compensation was confirmed by simulation. |
