従来の保護・制御機能分離型システムは、装置故障時の機能喪失リスクの分散と設備形態に応じた構成の柔軟性という面で優れるが、省スペース化および導入コスト低減の観点では改善が困難な状況にある。一方で、至近ではシステム内の通信方式として、IEC 61850の導入検討が進み、大きなシステム改変が望まれている。そこで、筆者らはIEC 61850準拠の保護制御機能一体の新たな統合形ディジタル保護制御システムの開発検討を行ったため報告する。 |

The conventional system in which protection devices and control devices are independent is excellent in terms of risk diversification at the time of failure and configuration flexibility according to the power system. However, the space and cost for system installation are difficult to improve.
On the other hand, recently, the introduction of the IEC 61850 as a new system construction method has been studied, and it is time for a major system modification.
In this paper, we report the development of a new Substation Protection, Automation and Control System (SPACS) with integrated protection control function conforming to IEC 61850. |
