国内のテレコン子局に対するIEC 61850適用時の課題として，遠方／直接制御権切替（43R切替）の実現がある。この機能に関して，同規格では複数の選択肢が存在し，かつ規格化対象外の点も多いため，国内の運用を考慮した適切な方法を確立する必要がある。本発表では，テレコン子局にIEC 61850を適用する場合における43R切替の実現方法を提案する。また，実現方法の実装を通じて適用可能性を評価する。 |

One of the challenges in applying IEC 61850 to telecontrol systems is to establish a switching method of control authority between local and remote places because there are more than one IEC 61850-based switching method. This paper shows a solution for the switching method and a practical relevance of the solution through test results. |
