を行い、太陽光発電の予測誤差が混雑の予測外れになる事象など、その影響の分析を紹介する。 |

The objective of this study is to analyze conditions in which forecasting errors of PV power generation can affect congestion detection in power systems with large installed capacity of PV. To do
that, we simulated the operation of the power system of Tokyo-Tohoku Area, with security constraint unit commitment and economic dispatch, for one year, using a modified EAST-10 model. In the results we also discuss potential mechanisms by which local PV forecasting errors can cause missing
occurrence of congestion. |
