ポキポキモータは、円環状鉄心の一部を繋げた状態で周方向へ分解できる鉄心とすることで、従来の一体型鉄心の内径側から巻線する技術よりも高密度かつ高速な巻線を実現し、巻線後の円環状鉄心への組立ても容易な技術です。この技術は1993年にフロッピーディスクドライブ用のスピンドルモーターに搭載の後、FA用サーボモーター、エアコン、エレベーターなどの他の製品にも応用され、モーターの高効率化に貢献しています。 |

Poki-Poki motor has a separated but partly connected stator core. The motors can provide higher dencity windings and higher producivity. Poki-poki motors were first applied for information devices ( FDD ) in 1996. After that, the technology was applied to industorial servo motors air conditioners elevetors and contributed to higher efficiency. |
