分散型エネルギー・リソース（DER）の制御は，電力システム内の需要家設備の持つ潜在的な需給調整能力をアグリゲータが統制する考え方である。ただし，DER制御は小売電気事業者の利益を減少させる側面も持つため，その減少分をアグリゲータが支払う調整金によって補償する仕組みとなっている。本研究では，アグリゲータと小売電気事業者の双方に利益が期待できるように，この調整金の決定方法について検討した結果を報告する。 |

Distributed energy resources (DERs) are demand-side resources that are ubiquitous in electric power grids. Energy resource aggregators can coordinate the DERs to improve the flexibility of power supply, but such coordination can lead to reduced profits for retail power suppliers. To resolve this situation, the aggregators pay compensation to the retail power suppliers. The authors propose a calculation method for the compensation that benefits both the aggregators and the retail power suppliers. The validity of the proposal is verified through numerical simulations and discussions on their results. |
