近年電力系統のレジリエンス強化が求められており、中国エリアにおける同期安定度、過負荷、周波数および電圧の複数課題に対して、電力系統の安定化を実現する基幹系統合型レジリエンスシステムを開発した。本稿では、本システムが有する機能のうち、中国エリア単独時の周波数維持機能や広域周波数対策の親局設定型UFR機能など、再生可能エネルギー導入による影響が大きい周波数維持対策機能について報告する。 |

This report focuses on a function of the Integrated Resilience System (IRS) that maintains the frequency of the power system within Chugoku area alone when its operation is not interfered by surrounding utilities. The wide-area under frequency relay system configured by not only relays but also a central server which manages the function is also described as part of the IRS. |
