■要約(日本語) |
This study introduces an innovative psychological incentive mechanism aimed at boosting the intrinsic motivation of community residents to actively engage in community activities. By leveraging principles of psychology such as reward systems, social support, goal setting, and recognition of achievement, the proposed system addresses individual psychological needs while strengthening social bonds. Through multi-agent simulations and field experiments, we demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system in improving residents' motivation, fostering community connections, and increasing activity participation. This framework provides actionable insights for policymakers and community planners striving to create adaptive solutions for lonely societies. |
