本技術報告書では自動車用パワーエレクトロニクスの動向について調査研究した結果をまとめている。近年目覚しい発展を遂げたハイブリッド自動車をはじめとする自動車用のパワーエレクトロニクスについてパワーエレクトロニクス機器の観点で分類し調査している。
まず、自動車という観点でパワーエレクトロニクスの動向を調査した。続いてエンジン自動車にも欠かせないDCDCコンバータの現状を明らかにした。さらにパワーデバイスの動向、EPS（電動パワーステアリング）、空調システムなどについて広く調査した。その結果、自動車用パワーエレクトロニクスの動向について広く調査結果を報告している。
自動車用パワーエレクトロニクスが従来のパワーエレクトロニクスと共通な技術も多いが、自動車特有の仕様や要求があることも徐々に明らかになってきた。パワーエレクトロニクスは今後の自動車技術の大きな領域を占めると考えられる。本技術報告書では現時点で公表されているものに限ってはいるものの、現状と動向をまとめている。 |

This technical report describes the result of the investigation research on recent power electronics in automobiles. Recent advances of hybrid electric vehicle introduced new power electronics technology for automobiles. The investigation of the committee is mainly focused on the power electronic equipment for automobiles.
The report expresses recent technology of DCDC converter, device technology, EPS and air conditioner. Technology of power electronics for automobile is essentially the same technology for industry application. However, the technology for the automobile shows unique feature in some aspect because the automobile has strict requirements for its performance. This technical report reviews and summarizes the present status of the power electronics technology for automobiles in view of power electronic equipments. |
