地球温暖化問題や東日本大震災の影響で，再生可能エネルギーによる発電に対して益々注目が集まっている。再生可能エネルギーの中には，水力発電，地熱発電，風力発電，太陽光発電，バイオマス発電等のように既に商用ベースで稼働しているものから，波力発電，潮流発電等のように研究段階にあるものまで多種多様である。太陽光発電を除けば，何れも基本的には発電機によって発電を行うが，対象となるエネルギーの種類によってその形態がかなり異なるため，発電機と駆動系ならびにその制御システムの構成は千差万別である。そこで，本技術報告書では各種再生可能エネルギーシステムにおける発電システムを対象として，発電機の種類，構造，定格事項，原動機系の基本的構成や運転条件等を中心として調査を行った結果を報告する。各章の構成は以下のとおりである。 第2章-風力発電，第3章-マイクロ水力発電，第4章-海洋エネルギー発電(波力発電，潮流・海流発電，海洋温度差発電)，第5章-バイオマス発電，第6章-地熱発電。 |

Generation systems based on renewable energies have been receiving much attention due to the problems of the global warming and the Great East Japan Earthquake. There are various types of generation systems based on renewable energies, some of which have been operating commercially such as hydro power generation, geothermal power generation, wind power generation, solar power generation, biomass power generation, etc., but the others are under investigation such as wave power generation and current power generation. In most of these systems except solar power system, electricity generation is performed by using generators. However, constitution of generator, drive system, and their control system can vary in each of those systems depending on the feature of driving power. This technical report presents research results about kind, structure and ratings of generators, structure of drive systems, operating conditions, etc., in generation systems based on the renewable
energies. This report is composed of the following chapters: Chapter 2 - Wind Power Generation, Chapter 3 - Micro Hydro Power Generation, Chapter 4 - Ocean Energy Generation, Chapter 5 - Biomass Power Generation, and Chapter 6 - Geothermal Power Generation. |
