計測・収集されたデータの信号処理・統計処理に基づくシステム（設備，装置，生体）の診断・監視・検査を行う技術や手法は，多くの分野において共通の基盤技術として利用されている。本委員会は，産学界からの委員28 名にて構成し，平成26 年12 月に発足して以来，様々な分野で用いられている診断・監視に関する共通基盤技術について，適用対象を限定せず，分野横断的に幅広く議論を行い，ある分野で有効に活用されている診断・監視技術の一般化，および他分野への展開を図るとともに，制御システムのセキュリティを含め，データに基づいた診断・監視に関する系統的手法を確立することを目的として研究調査活動を実施した。本技術報告書は，これらの活動によって得られた成果について，近年の診断・監視技術，ならびにセキュリティ技術についてまとめたものである。 |

Monitoring, diagnosis, and maintenance techniques based on signal and statistical processing of the measured and corrected data for systems such as quipment, device, and living body are utilized in various fields. The aim of this research committee was to develop fundamental techniques that can be effectively utilized for wide-ranging fields and various systems. This research committee was established in December 2014, comprised 28 members dispatched from enterprises and universities to accomplish this task and investigates wide area of monitoring, diagnosis, maintenance and control system security. In the investigations with respect to the above issues, several important techniques are found and are classified. In this technical report, several topics with respect to techniques for monitoring and diagnosis are summarized. |
