需要設備の品質向上や，設備設計，施工管理，設備保守を含めた保全技術高度化を目指し，安全安心な需要設備のあり方を提言することを目的として，需要設備に関わる安全安心技術を幅広く調査した。2章では，感電防止，地絡検出，地絡抑制，雷災害防止などの需要設備の保護技術についての調査結果をまとめた。3章では，需要設備の電力品質向上に関わる技術として，高調波抑制，瞬時電圧低下抑制，ノイズ対策などの電力品質維持技術についての調査結果をまとめた。4章では，エネルギーマネジメント，スマートグリッドなどのICT関連技術に関わる調査結果をまとめた。5章では，ヒューマンエラー防止，アセットマネジメントなどのリスクマネジメント技術について調査・整理した結果をまとめた。6章では，電気設備施工技術と管理手法，需要設備の効率的な状態保全と題して，需要設備の施工管理面における品質向上の取り組みの最新動向としてBIM（Building Information Modeling）の動向をまとめた。7章では，各章の調査内容を要約するとともに，今後の課題として，設備稼働データを需要設備の運用や保全に活かし，需要設備の電力品質向上を目指したメンテナンスを実現する必要性を述べた。 |

This committee researched the safety and security technology of demand equipment for quality improvement and advanced maintenance. In chapter 2 of this report, the latest trend of electric shock accident, technology of leakage current detection and grounding and lightning protection are summarized. In chapter 3, the countermeasures for harmonic current and instantaneous voltage drop and high frequency noise are summarized as the technologies for power quality improvement in demand equipment. In chapter 4, the ICT technologies such as energy management system and smart grid are summarized. In chapter 5, the risk management technologies such as human error prevention and asset management are summarized. In chapter 6, the trend and problems of BIM (Building Information Modeling) are summarized that is the latest approach of construction of electrical facilities. The future focuses of this investigating R&D committee are how to use the big data measured on many demand equipments and how to realize the smarter maintenance in demand equipments. |
