この技術報告は、第1章「まえがき」、第9章「あとがき」を含めて九つの章から構成されている。第2章は総論で、保全におけるプロアクティブ手法とは何か、その工学的意義と効果、およびその手法の概要として、通則的な事項について述べている。第3章〜第7章は代表的な五つの機種（回転機、変圧器、遮断器、蓄電池、ケーブル）についての各論である。当該機種毎にその特徴を踏まえて、保全（特に寿命協調）において効果的と思われる複数例を挙げて詳細な解説を述べている。第8章は、これまでの各章で紹介したプロアクティブ手法を一層効果的に進めるための課題と、将来に向けての提案と期待を述べている。 |

This report consists of 9 chapters from chapter 1 (Introduction) to chapter 9 (Post script). Chapter 2 contains an outline describing what proactive technique is, its engineering significance, effectiveness and rules.Chapters 3 ~ 7 consist of discussion regarding the 5 representative equipment (Motors, Transformers, Circuit breakers, Batteries and Cables). For each equipment, effective methods of maintenance (especially in regard to durability control) are explained using several examples.In chapter 8, actions required to further improve effectiveness of the proactive methods, future proposals and expectations are discussed. |
