中電圧スイッチギヤ（定格電圧１kV〜84kV）は，電力会社や一般産業，交通など広範囲に適用され，50年以上に亘って受配電系統の基盤を担っている。この間，主回路の絶縁方式は空気を中心として近年ではSF6ガスや固体，真空式が現れ，また，内蔵される遮断器の消弧媒体は空気から油，磁気，真空へ変遷してきた。適用先も電力会社や一般産業から，船舶や再生可能エネルギープラント，浮体洋上変電所などへも拡大している。また，海外市場への販路拡大に伴って，海外規格対応も進められている。
これらの背景の下，本調査専門委員会は，2016年10月から2年間の活動により，IEC以外の海外規格，特殊仕様対応技術の動向，適用状況について体系的に調査を行った。IEC以外の海外規格については，ANSI規格とGB規格を対象として，JEM規格と比較した。特殊仕様対応技術については，船舶，浮体，風力，太陽光，鉄道などのキーワードで検索された159件の，主に国内文献を調査し，技術動向を調査した。適用状況については，本調査専門委員会に参加しているメーカーや電力会社の保有設備に加え，国内の代表的な企業体124機関を対象としてアンケート調査を実施し，得られた合計9万台弱の機器について，定格電圧，電流や絶縁遮断方式，経年分布，特殊仕様の有無などを分析した。また，1996年に発行された技術報告第600号に掲載されたアンケート結果と比較した。 |

Medium voltage switchgear (rated voltage 1kV - 84kV) has been applied widely to electric power distribution system for more than 50 years. Main circuits insulating medium was mainly air and SF6 gas, solid and vacuum are used in late years. Extinguish medium was changed from air to oil, magnetism, a vacuum. Applications were expanded from electric power company and general industry to ship, renewable energy plant, floating body offshore substation and overseas market. Then overseas standard ANSI and GB, trend of correspondence technique for special specifications and domestic application were researched in this committee. Overseas standard ANSI and GB were compared with JEM standard. Domestic documents searched in keywords such as a ship, floating body, wind generation, photo voltaic and railroad were reviewed to research trend of technique for special specifications. Questioner survey was carried out to research distribution of rating voltage, current, short circuit current, aging, special specifications for 90,000 provided switchgear. Result was compared with questioner survey placed in the technical report 600th published in 1996. |
