本技術報告は，近年改正や制定が行われたガス絶縁開閉装置（GIS）に関連する最新JEC規格について，その検討過程で使用された実績調査や解析結果をまとめたものであり，JEC規格の付属書や解説に記載されている背景や審議の論点の元となっている技術データを掲載している。
また，関連するIEC規格との整合性と相違点についても一覧表に整理し，国内外規格の相互の関わりについて簡便に把握できるようにしている。加えて，今後のGIS仕様見直しに際して技術調査が要望される事項について調査を実施し，データの積み上げを行った。
具体的には，規格改正・制定時に扱われた（1）複母線断路器のループ電流開閉責務，（2）相間雷インパルス耐電圧の低減，（3）温度上昇の限度および最高許容温度の見直し，（4）制御・操作および補助回路の耐電圧仕様に関する詳細データを整理した。また，今後のGIS仕様見直しに向け，（1）フルGISでのループ電流開閉における回復電圧，（2）気中母線を含むGISでのループ電流開閉における回復電圧,（3）VTの残留電荷放電耐量,（4）線路用接地開閉器の誘導電流開閉責務について技術調査を実施した。
本技術報告が，規格使用者の理解を深め，規格を適切に解釈するための一助になるとともに，次回の規格改正の際の議論に役立てば幸いである。 |

This technical report summarizes the survey results and analyses used when the latest JEC standards regarding gas insulated switchgear (GIS) were revised or established in recent years. Those technical data are the basis of the background and discussion points described in the annexes and commentaries of the JEC standards.
In addition, the consistency and differences with the related IEC standards are listed, so that the mutual relationship between domestic and international standards can be easily understood. Furthermore, surveys were conducted on the items for which technical investigations are necessary in the future GIS specification review.
Detailed data described in this report that were discussed during revision and establishment of the standards are as follows. (1) bus-transfer current switching duty for double-busbar disconnectors, (2) reduction of lightning impulse withstand voltage between phases, (3) mitigation of temperature rise limit and maximum permissible temperature, and (4) withstand voltage specification of control, operation and auxiliary circuits. For the future review of GIS specifications, technical investigations were carried out on (1) recovery voltage after bus-transfer current switching in full GIS, (2) recovery voltage after bus-transfer current switching in substation including GIS and AIS, (3) residual charge discharging capability of VT, and (4) induced current switching duty for earthing switches. |
