パソコンなどの電子機器及び無線LANなどの通信機器は，静電気放電によるインパルス性電磁雑音が原因で故障や誤動作，また通信障害を引き起こす可能性がある。また電子機器内で使用されるMOS型デバイスやハードディスク等は，5〜10ボルト以下の電圧が生じるだけで故障や誤動作を引き起こすことがある。さらに人体等の帯電した物体が電子機器の金属筐体に接近又は遠ざかると誘導電圧が発生することで，電子機器の金属筐体の近くで放電が起こる。エレクトロニクス化の進む需要家設備の稼働品質を向上し，特に静電気ノイズの耐量向上及び需要家施設の運用効率向上への寄与のため，上述のような未だに解決されていない放電・静電気現象で起こる電子機器及び情報通信機器の故障や誤動作の問題を解決するための調査検討が重要である。また近年の放電・静電気が原因で起こる電子機器の故障や誤動作の文献等を調査し，電子機器設計の防護指針として役立つ内容を纏めることも重要である。そこでこの種の静電気の障害を調査研究し，防止対策の基礎指針を社会に提供し，今後の電子機器の設計に役立てられる成果をまとめることを目的として，「放電・静電気に起因する電子機器の故障・誤動作防止調査専門委員会」（2019年4月〜2021年3月）が設置された。本調査専門委員会では上述の目的と背景を鑑み調査検討を行った。本報告は調査専門委員会における調査結果をまとめたものである。 |

Electronic devices and communication devices may cause malfunctions, and communication failures due to impulse electromagnetic noise caused by electrostatic discharge. In addition, MOS type devices and hard disks used in electronic devices may cause to failure even if a voltage less than 5 to 10 volts is generated. An induced voltage is generated when a charged object such as a human body moves and approaches/leaves a metal housing of an electronic device. As mentioned above, it is important to investigate and study to solve the problem of malfunction of electronic devices caused by electrostatic discharge, which has not been solved yet. It is also important to investigate the literature on electronic device failures and malfunctions caused by electric discharge and static electricity in recent years, and to compile contents that are useful as protective guidelines for electronic device design. Therefore, with the aim of investigating and researching this type of static electricity obstacle that has not yet been resolved, providing basic guidelines for preventive measures to society, and summarizing the results that will be useful in the design of electronic devices in the future, Investigating R&D Committee as the above-mentioned title was established. In view of the above-mentioned purpose and background, this research committee conducted a survey. This report summarizes the results of the investigation by the committee. |
