近年，電力設備は省電力機器の導入拡大や人口減少などによる電力需要の飽和傾向，設備の高経年化の進展といった背景から新規増設より高経年設備の更新へと軸足が変化している。さらに送電系統の広域連系の重要性や電源の多様化（太陽光，風力など）・分散化に伴う新規電源と既設送電系統との接続ニーズは高まっており，送電用ケーブルシステムのさらなる技術革新が期待されている。
この技術報告書は国内外の送電ケーブルシステムの技術動向について調査した結果を取りまとめたものである。電力ケーブルや電力ケーブル付属品の技術変遷では，ＣＶケーブルおよびＯＦケーブルの技術変遷に加えて，それ以前にも使用されていたソリッド形ケーブル,ガス圧ケーブルに関しても一部記載している。また，国内電力会社で実施された近年の送電ケーブル工事の整理や、広域連系や電源の多様化などに対して今後の活用がさらに期待されている直流ケーブル，海底ケーブル，洋上風力発電などの技術動向を記載している。さらに，地中送電設備の劣化現象，劣化診断，保全支援システムの技術動向，そして今後の課題についても記述している。 本報告書が今後の日本における技術戦略の指導導出の一助となれば幸いである。 |

Many electric power apparatuses which were introduced during the period of high economic growth have been used, and the recent electric power demand has been saturated due to widely introducing of powersaving devices and a population decline in Japan. Therefore, the concern about power transmission cable systems has been changing from their expansion to the maintenance of existing facilities. In addition, the interest in the grid connection and the connection of distributed power supply systems has increased. From these viewpoints, the further technological innovation in power transmission cable systems has been expected. This technical report reviews recent technological trend in power cable systems used for power transmission in domestic and overseas. This report deals with the history of the power transmission cables and their accessories, the feature and technology of typical projects of the power transmission cable system including underground power transmission cables, submarine power cable, offshore wind power cables, DC power cables, etc. Regarding power cables, not only XLPE cables and Oil filled cables, but also some of the solid type cables and gas pressure cables used in the past are described. It also describes the number of the power transmission cables in Japan, aging degradation diagnosis methods, maintenance support systems, and future issues.In the future, it is expected that this report would be helpful for finding ideas and strategies on researches and developments of power cable systems. |
