本調査専門委員会では，上記背景を踏まえて，給電運用システムの機能の根幹となる監視・制御系の各種機能の現状及び将来動向について調査し，革新的な技術の導入などによるシステム自体の高性能化や機能の高度化により，今後，期待される給電運用システムへの展望について整理した。また，諸外国（欧州，米国）における給電運用システムの具体例についても調査を行った。 |

In recent years, the environment surrounding load dispatching operation in Japan has changed dramatically and the operations have become more complex due to the increase of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power generation, as well as the establishment of electricity balancing market for the purpose of revitalizing the electricity market.
To ensure a stable supply of electricity even under such circumstances, the load dispatching operation system of transmission system operators need to be upgraded and enhanced with various functions.
This investigating R&D committee, based on the background mentioned above, surveyed the current status and future trends of various functions of monitoring and control systems, which form the basis of the load dispatching operation system, and summarized the prospects expected to be realized in the future through the introduction of innovative technologies to improve the performance of the systems themselves and enhance their functions. In addition, the committee also surveyed specific examples of load dispatching operation system in other typical countries and areas (Europe and the U.S.). |
