本委員会は，3年間にわたり，委員会11回，研究会4回を開催し，査読付国際会議におけるSpecial Session や，国内会議 でのシンポジウムやオーガナイズドセッションを企画し，研究成果を公表してきた。本報告書は，これらの研究活動で得られた技術や応用例，並びに基盤技術の事例について代表的なものを紹介する。本委員会の研究調査研究対象の人間活動は，人と人工物と環境（社会環境，自然環境，文化，コミュニティ環境等）の相互作用によって多様に変化する。そのため，支援対象となる人の活動や環境を，要素ごとに細分化することや類型化すること等により支援技術の要求仕様を定め，技術を開発することが求められる。このような支援技術開発の中で中核を占める技術が，ロボット技術や情報技術であると言える。特に，1) 福祉・リハビリ支援の方策 2) 人間モニタリング技術の実装，3) ロボット技術とAI利用 の3点が本委員会のコアなトピックであると言える。本報告では，これらの3つのトピックにおける代表的な研究例を紹介する。 |

Over the past three years, the committee has held 11 committee meetings and 4 technical meetings, organized Special Sessions at international conferences with review process and symposia and organized sessions at domestic conferences, and published the results of its research. This report introduces representative examples of technologies and applications obtained through these research activities, as well as examples of fundamental technologies. The human activities that are the subject of this committee's research and surveys change in various ways due to the interaction between human, artifacts, and the environment (social environment, natural environment, culture, community environment, etc.). Therefore, it is necessary to develop assistive technologies by defining the required specifications by subdividing or typifying the human activities and environments to be supported by each element. The core technologies in the development of such assistive technologies are robotics and information technologies. In particular, the three core topics of this committee are 1) welfare and rehabilitation support, 2) implementation of human monitoring technology, and 3) robot technology and AI applications. In this report, representative examples of research in these three topics will be presented. |
