配電設備は、電力を需要家に供給するための電力設備であり、需要家に電気を供給するためにさまざまな施設環境に応じた配電設備が膨大かつ面的に施設されている。
これまで、各電力会社は、さまざまな社会のニーズに対応しながら、電力供給の信頼性向上、保守性や作業性を考慮した最適な設備への更新などがなされてきた。
しかし、近年、省エネ機器の導入拡大や人口減少などによって電力需要が飽和傾向となり設備の更新機会が減っていることや、労働力人口不足などから、設備更新の際には、長寿命化や省力化などを考慮した設備に更新していくといったニーズが高まってきており、配電設備の更なる技術革新が期待されている。
そこで本委員会は、国内で採用されている配電設備の技術変遷や将来を見据えた技術動向について調査する事を目的に設置され、配電設備の現状、主要配電設備の基本変遷、主要配電設備の仕様・性能に関する変遷、配電設備に於ける今後の課題および技術開発動向を中心に調査活動を行い、体系的に配電設備の技術変遷と技術動向について取りまとめた。 |

Distribution facilities are used to supply electricity to consumers. Distribution facilities are massively and widely installed in a variety of facility environments.
In the past, each power transmission and distribution company has been upgrading its facilities to improve the reliability of power supply and optimize maintainability and workability in order to meet various social needs.
In recent years, however, the demand for electricity is declining due to the widespread use of energy-efficient appliances and decreasing population, resulting in fewer opportunities for facility renewal. In addition to the above, in the background of labor shortages, technological innovation in distribution facilities is expected due to the growing need for facilities with longer service life and labor saving features.
The purpose of this committee is to investigate the technological transition and future-oriented technological trends of distribution facilities in Japan. The committee investigated the current states, basic transition, transition in specifications and performance, future issues, and technological development trends of major distribution facilities, and systematically summarized the technological transition and trends of distribution facilities in Japan. |
