カーボンニュートラル促進には，電気エネルギーの高度利活用が不可欠であり，そのためのコア技術として高周波スイッチング電力変換回路・システムへの期待は大きく，国内外問わず多彩な電力変換技術への期待も大きい。電力変換回路のみならず，パワー半導体デバイスや磁気部品，デジタル制御デバイスなどパワーエレクトロニクス回路を支える要素技術の進化がめざましい中，スイッチング電力変換回路，特に共振形電力変換回路とソフトスイッチング技術はここに来て一段と多様化を帯びている。本技術調査専門委員会は，高周波スイッチング電力変換回路の最新技術動向を調査し，新たな応用事例などについて学術論文のみならず特許についても調査を行いながら，回路技術の体系的整理を行ってきた。本技術報告書は，同委員会の3カ年およぶ活動で得られた成果の回路技術と周辺技術動向を厳選し，テーマに応じてまとめたものである。新しい視点のもと，共振形電力変換器としての新たな回路トポロジーや，ワイヤレス給電システムなど，電源として昨今のパワーエレクトロニクス応用装置の主流となっている応用事例を中心に取り上げている。電力変換中級以上のパワーエレクトロニクス技術者や電源設計者らにとって最新の動向が掴みやすい内容となっているほか，初級者においても基礎知識を体系的に学ぶための書物として，有益な文献となっている。 |

The high frequency switch-mode power converters are growing as a core technology for electric power supplies in the amid pursuing for carbon neutral society all over the world. Besides the rapidly growing of the semiconductor power devices and passive components as well as the digital controller, the high frequency switch-mode power converter, especially the resonant power converters and soft switching technology have been diversified by now. In order to get the technical trends on the high frequency switch-mode power converters, the technical committee has been engaged in the three-year activity of investigating the papers and conference proceedings in addition to the patent applications. In this technical note, the new circuit topologies on the resonant power converters and soft switching technologies are introduced in accordance with the topics of power conversions, after which the latest trends on applications of power supplies are described for industry, automotive, power system, home and commercial appliances. The technical notes are informative for over-middle-class researchers and engineers as well as beginners for studying the fundamental theories of switch-mode power converters. |
