電線・ケーブル類は亜寒帯から亜熱帯にまたがる日本特有の様々な自然環境に晒されている。自然環境は，永年にわたり，設備劣化を進展させる要因となるが，設備更新はもとより，対策製品，保全方法，評価方法などの向上・発展により，設備安全と品質の維持・向上が図られている。一方で環境に関する社会動静として，環境負荷低減に資するリサイクル技術の進展などカーボンニュートラルの意識が高まっている。このような背景の中で，電線・ケーブルにおいては，自然環境による設備劣化と製品対策および予測・評価技術，リサイクル技術，生産性向上や労働安全を見据えた施工技術の対策は大きなテーマである。そこで，本委員会では電線・ケーブルを取り巻く「自然環境が設備に与える影響」，「自然環境に関する予測・評価技術」，「自然環境による設備劣化の対策技術」，「施工に関する技術」に関する文献を環境因子ごとに整理し，架空送電，地中送電，配電の部門を横断して体系的に整理・解説することで，今後の電力品質の維持・向上に資する報告書として取りまとめた。 |

Electric wires and cables are exposed to various natural environments unique to Japan, spanning from subarctic to subtropical regions. The natural environment is a factor that causes equipment deterioration to progress over many years, but equipment safety and quality are maintained and improved not only by updating equipment but also by improving and developing countermeasure products, maintenance methods, evaluation methods, etc. . On the other hand, social trends regarding the environment include a growing awareness of carbon neutrality, including advances in recycling technologies that help reduce environmental impact. Against this background, major themes for electric wires and cables include countermeasures against equipment deterioration caused by the natural environment, product countermeasures, prediction/evaluation technology,
recycling technology, and construction technology with an eye toward improving productivity and occupational safety.
Therefore, this committee has reviewed literature related to the "effects of the natural environment on equipment", "prediction and evaluation techniques related to the natural environment", "techniques to counter equipment deterioration due to the natural environment",and "techniques related to construction" surrounding electric wires and cables. By organizing each environmental factor and systematically organizing and explaining it across the departments of overhead power transmission, underground power transmission, and power distribution, we have compiled a report that will contribute to maintaining and improving power quality in the future. |
