当所では保護リレー整定・協調支援システム（SSSCR : Support System for Setting and CooRdination）を開発している。SSSCRは，リレー技術者の様々なニーズに対応可能とするため実効値解析部及び瞬時値解析部がある。SSSCRの瞬時値解析部として電力系統瞬時値解析プログラム（XTAP : eXpendable Transients Analysis Program）上に任意のリレーモデルを効率的に構築する手法を開発した。本論文では，保護リレーモデルの構成方法及び，リレーモデルの動作検証結果について述べる。 |

We have developed the Support System for Setting and CooRdination (SSSCR). The system is composed of the dynamics analysis based upon Y-method and the transient analysis part based upon XTAP which stands for expendable Transients Analysis Program. In this paper, we focus our attention on the transient analysis. This paper describes the structuring method of relay models on XTAP and verification results. |
