電気事業における容量市場の具体的な設計は難しく，我が国においても，電源投資促進に寄与できないなど，多くの問題を抱えている。特に，変動性再生可能エネルギー電源の容量の想定は困難であり，過小・過大評価の問題がつきまとう。そこで本研究では，変動性再生可能エネルギー電源の容量を直接確率変数として容量市場の需要曲線に盛り込んだ確率的需要曲線を提案し，その特性について数値実験を通じて明らかにする。 |

The specific design of capacity markets in the electricity industry is difficult, and in Japan, there are many problems, such as not being able to contribute to the promotion of investment in power sources. In particular, it is difficult to estimate the capacity of variable renewable energy sources, and there are problems of under- and overestimation. In this study, we propose a stochastic demand curve that directly incorporates the capacity of variable renewable energy sources as a random variable into the demand curve of the capacity market and clarify its characteristics through numerical experiments. |
